Is BBCE not grading unopened packs right now?

They don't compete with psa so whatever psa will grade...bbce won't wrap.

I've never submitted a pack so I was clueless. I thought Steve authenticated "and" graded packs?

I just saw in an interview where all and all Steve "authenticates" packs (not grade) and PSA "grades and slabs" the packs.
