Outer barcode on submission packaging

I sent in a submission to PSA last week as part of the $18 special. I placed the small barcode on the outside of the box as directed. However, the USPS may have inadvertently covered it with the tracking sticker they applied. I only thought of this long after I shipped it and I remembered where I stuck the barcode and where USPS put their sticker. I'm 90% sure they covered it. I don't blame the post office if they did as the small barcode is easy to overlook, especially since there are other barcodes on a priority box.
Has this ever happened to anyone - either this way or forgetting the outer barcode altogether? I hope it doesn't delay my submission or cost me a fee. I emailed customer service but I haven't heard back from them.

Afternoon,
Don't sweat it, I've done that with probably 1/2 my orders the last couple years. No delay (Other than the 14-16 months already), no charge....You'll be Fine!
