Michael Jordan 1996 Fleer 23K Gold Holographic vs. 1996 Fleer Polychrome

I came across this card on eBay:

It looks strikingly similar to the 1996 Fleer Polychrome Brushed Gold card.

PSA will grade the 23K Gold Holographic one:

They've discontinued grading the Polychrome card however:

Anyone know how to tell the difference between these two cards? I have a Polychrome Brushed Gold card (not graded by PSA) that to me looks identical to this 23K Gold Holographic card in the above eBay auction.
