Is there a way to lookup past PCGS submissions ?

Yes, you can look up your own past submissions all the way back, at https://www.pcgs.com/myaccount/orders and then change the date range.

mine go all the way back to the beginning, amazingly enough!

You mean your own? If so, yes there is. In the “My Account” app, just click on orders and it will say “last 3 months”. If you click on last 3 months you get a drop down menu where you can click on any year you submitted coins like this
