Old Johnny Unitas autograph

Picked up a group of 1965 Philadelphia football cards. In the box with the cards was this Unitas auto. I am assuming it is from the same era. Looks like it was signed on an old football magazine and taped in a scrapbook (see back side... looks like a magazine page).
looking for $30 delivered.
