2002D Ohio Partial Clad Missing with Possible Strike Through or PMD?

Just finished up a box of Quarters, Got lucky and found two W's which is always nice. Also found this 2002D Ohio with some clad missing and some damage near the edge of the coin Through Dollar. There is no damage on the reverse of the coin. is it correct to assume based on seeing devise striking to the south west of the damage where one sees part of the letter A and part of Georges Pony tail this must be PMD? Is that a correct assumption?

Looks like a rolled in error to me.
A piece of wire bristle or other object was "rolled" into the stock sheet of metal as it was being rolled out to the correct thickness.
The object fell out. The metal was then punched out into a planchet and then struck.
Extremely nice error.
