I am selling my 1999 WORLD BOXING MAGAZINE-HAND CUT 143 MANNY PACQUIAO ROOKIE GEM MT 10 card due the need for covering some personal expenses. I purchased the raw magazine, cut and submitted this card to PSA for grading. The graded card was added to my registry on 2/15/2017 and has remained in my collection since. The holder has been bagged since I received it back from PSA. I have been a long-time contributor to the forums, although I haven't been active for a few years.
