Help identifying weights .7 grams

    This be a base-silver denaro from the Republic of Genoa. Dating it is problematic, as they kept the same design (+IANUA and a gate on the reverse, "CVNRADI REX" and a cross on the obverse) for several centuries, from 1139 right down into the 1500s. At 0.7 grams and still looking silvery, I'd tentatively put it in the earlier range of that time period (1139-1200).
