Subbing with Goldin

I got an email from Goldin this morning saying that they’re now doing PSA subs. Seems like an easy way for them to generate material for their auctions if the owner chooses for returned cards stay with Goldin to sell. It’s unclear to me what the advantages are for the card owners, as opposed to subbing themselves.

I was thinking of doing something like this. I am putting my house up for sale and have been waiting for a PSA special like this for a while. Concerned that with the uncertainty of when the cards will get done and where I'll be living. Thought having someone submit for me might be a good idea.
Why would submitting with another company be beneficial? Just curious since I thought why not submit yourself?
Thanks
Back in the day we used to do group subs pretty frequently if there was a Special that required minimum volume (usually pretty high). But most of us were already members too.
I guess something like this would eliminate the need for group subs?

Advantage would be discounted rate ,faster turnaound time ?
Be aware of submitting through unknown parties, the ongoing MARX cards bankrupcty of not paying PSA grading fees left cards ungraded .

By submitting yourself you are in complete control of the process you get back the same card you submitted, and you don’t have to deal with anybody if anything goes wrong.
Goldin is owned By Collectors Universe who owns PSA,PCGS etc so no worries about your cards.
Not sure if you sent cards to Goldin they sent TO PSA then does PSA mail it back to the submitter or Goldin and then you.
If the later wonder how many cards you need to be a good deal and the shipping fee involved?
Conflict of interest to me. With Goldin and PSA under the same umbrella a lot of incentive to have high grades. What stops Golden from hearing from their client they will list with them on a high dollar card if it grades an X and saying to someone at Collectors Universe that this card getting a 9 would really make out quarter.
To me anything that seems like it could be a conflict should be avoided - PSAs entire business is their reputation. Perception can quickly become reality. Many people still believe a 4SC 9 would not be a 9 for anyone else on vintage. I do not myself believe that - but there were people looking at what was merely a major customer. Now we are talking about not even an arms length transaction.
Likely there will be no shenanigans - but I will be shocked if there are not threads implicating such.
