$22 to ship 7 PSA cards to Canada from N.J using USPS today.
Is there a cheaper way ?

USPS Priority Flat Rate is probably the cheapest, but not sure that would be cheaper than $22.
Going through your local post office is probably about the most expensive way. Try pirateship.com. Basically their rates are equivalent to eBay's discounted rates.

Since each slab is about 2 oz, you are looking at almost a 1lb package. Even using eBay international standard shipping (which of course only works if you sold them on eBay) the rate for over 8oz but under 16oz is $18. So i is not like you can possibly save that much....
