Any premium for this lower SN $2 Red Seal?

My paper money knowledge isn't much, but this seems like a lower serial number note. Any premium? There is a tear at top though near the center. Thanks for any input!

I would call this a "zip code bill". It could be interesting to the right buyer. 88045 is a zip code in south western New Mexico.

Low serial numbers on 8-digit notes start with 5 leading zeros. This is a fairly common and inexpensive note. Personally and respectfully, with the tear, I wouldn’t consider it for my collection. Put it in a sleeve so the tear doesn’t grow and consider giving it to a young collector to spur their interest.
