I found this nickel in my change the other day. If you look at it it appears that the words around the edge are actually printed on the rim I guess you'd call it. I cannot seem to find anything about this if it is an error so any help would be appreciated. I can upload other pictures or better pictures if necessary. Thanks for your time and help.

Basically the edges have been turned inward either by intentional action or heavy circulation impact.
The minting process would not allow that sort of effect to occur at the mint.
I've never seen seen a nickel with this edging condition. I've seen a lot of pennies that are quite similar. The nickel has circulation wear and nothing really that could be considered an error in my opinion. However, I would put the nickel aside and just keep it for a conversation piece.
