Curious: What are these very small (4” x 1 7/8”) bills used for?

Please see pictures of six very small size bills (4” x 1 7/8”).

The detail looks great I think they are really cool but I am trying figure out what was their purpose? My guess would be for some type of kids game.

I read in an old thread the possibility of rolling paper.

Any ideas?

If needed I could provide close ups, I just didn’t want to load up the post if the answer is easy.

Thank you in advance for your comments.

They are all reproductions, not real, of notes that were originally larger than the current size.
I do not know what the reproductions are used for, probably for novelty value. I wouldn't use em as rolling paper with all that ink on them.
