    Yes, he said every piece of art on the tattoo has a deep meaning and he will explain it to everyone at a later time on Instagram.

    Clearly its a coded map to the outer reaches, like interstellar space, where Rodgers is building a retirement home. The eye being the big giveaway, as that's the precise location of his resting place. I wonder how long he had to sit for this thing? This guy gives new meaning to the word hubris.

    Props to the tat artist.
