How do I message a member?

Will anyone out there please let me know how to message a member Thank you

When I click on your name, it then gives me an option that says 'message'.

That will post the message to member's "wall", I believe, where every one can see it.

Going to your Inbox will allow you start a private message.

Thank you. I tried clicking on both your user names to try it out and it didn't give me a message option

You are still an "Applicant" once you are an approved member you will be able to send messages.
If a member sends you a message you are able to respond.
If you really want to contact a member right away you can post on their wall as mentioned but it is publicly viewable.
You may want to post something like "please send me a message"

Ok, that's the reason. You are still an "Applicant".

Maybe @PCGS_Moderator can review your application for full membership.

Some new members seem to languish as Applicants for weeks...

Check your profile maybe you are not allowing anyone to send you a message, like blocking any buddy from seeing anything in your profile. This may not be the case but I would go to your homepage and hit the little person that is right to the right of message. That could be where you might be seeing a problem.
