Dear Forum eBay user, why do I get this error, It was not possible to generate the label?

I am trying to use eBay's Standard envelope service and I get this error, "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later".

It has happen twice and I meet all of the restrictions/specifications. I have called them and they did not have an answer and said that they would get back to me in 48 hours, but I was wondering if anyone encountered this and had an answer...

I am using Explorer, should I which to Chrome? I am attempting to ship a single quarter in a 3.5" by 6.25" envelope.

    Need more info. Was it listed in the coins category? Was the weight 3 ounces or less? Was it going to a US address?

    If all the above is true may just be a eBay server problem and may resolve itself over time. Won't hurt to give Chrome a try.

    It won't let you even select the option if you violate the restrictions, so "yes".

    It is an ebay server problem, probably. It has happened to me a couple times. It usually clears up in a short time.

    Any chance it's going to Puerto Rico? I had this issue last week and Ebay paid the difference between Standard shipping a 1st Class.

    Dears,
    More info: Coin category/listing, US ship-to location, <3 ounces (1 quarter), let's me select the option but gives me the error when I launch

    Whenever I get the "Please try again later" it's always been on ebay's end where the problem is.
