I would just like to know some basic info such as the year range of when it was made, it's composition, etc.

Roman, probably from sometime in the 300s. Bronze that at one time had a thin silver wash that is now long gone.
I agree with the comment above. It certainly looks late Roman Imperial, and likely 4th century, but there's not enough of the inscriptions there to make an exact determination (not for me, anyway- someone else may pull it off).
Looks like JULIAN II AR silver siliqua. Lugdunum mint. Victory walking left, holding wreath & palm. Just a guess, looking to the portrait and a few letters barely visible.
