They also appear undergraded. I feel bad for the submitter.
insane the stuff that continues to happen, between damages, mislabeled cards, misgraded cards, etc...when you lose the trust of people submitting their cards to you, it isn't good
Picky, Picky, Picky.
I am not surprised by this, it's happening with all the grading companies, including CGC with their comic book submissions. All these grading companies just keep jacking up their prices and give us the consumer, nothing but longer turn around times, under graded cards/comics and poor quality control.
Mechanical error such as this will be a free fix, but a pain nonetheless and something that should never happen in the first place.

That's not possible to determine unless we see the back sides of the cards too. Could have album glue residue, etc.
On a side note, I DO like the pictures showing up now in the pop report!!!
