Triple Logoman sold for $2.4M only. Wasn't Whatnot has an offer of $5M to buy the card?

That can’t be right…the yardbarker told us this would be a $5m-$6m card.
“The highest dollar card pulled and sold the same year”. Talk about grasping for anything to salvage this fiasco.
He can feature it on Shop at Home and offer it for the low, low price of $7M.
Why not just buy 3 game used jerseys and have about 2 Million left over
Centauri beat me to it. you could buy numerous gamers, playoff ones too. not sure the allure of this card. good grief. you could spend a weekend with Lebron for that kind of money.

I can close my eyes and imagine the sound of Beavis and Butthead laughing in the background at Panini while they're cutting up jerseys (likely not even gamers) and pasting this card together. What a scam.
I’m 45, and mostly collect 70’s-90’s. A lot of the new stuff doesn’t appeal to me. However, I do recognize that it’s healthy for the hobby overall to have people who are very “into” stuff like logoman 1 of 1’s. And the reality is that it’s widespread interest, not just 2 rich dumbasses bidding against each other. If you look up previous logoman card sales on eBay, you’ll see a large number of unique bidders for each item. For now “Logoman” is a real thing….we’ll have to wait and see how these hold up over the long-term.

It's not a rookie card and it's not autographed. While it's a unique card, it's not in the same league as other record breaking cards.
