I've had 2 Large cents (a 1793 wreath & an 1800 draped) @ PCGS since 4-21-22 and they've been in "grading" for most of 2 months but as of today, they are finally in "imaging" ! I'm getting TV's on both of them, hopefully it won't be too much longer on these 2 :)
They just received another sub from me the other day with 2 Morgans and a Large Cent, it'll be interesting to see if this one takes as long...

Dropped off 2 coins for crossover at the Baltimore show at the end of March…finally made QA Friday. I dropped off another 10 coins for an economy submission then also. Got those mailed back a month ago. Really does make you wonder how the internal process works.

Had 122 days left for membership renewal when 4/8 modern value 18 coin submission went to grading. Now have 22 days left. Auto renewal clicked off for now. Hoping to have coins back by membership expiration. Yes, I get that it is only about 69 days in PCGS terms and the average turnaround time is 40 days.

If you sent the 4th submission off now there is a good chance you would get that submission back first.

  • Still waiting on my remaining 532 moderns (didn’t qualify for bulk) that were posted in March and officially received/logged on 4/22. Feel your pain on the QA wait but in fairness to the Customer Service team they have been good when I ask after the orders. My only ‘moan’ is that since they were received after the QS cutoff but postmarked before, I end up having to reach out regarding invoicing errors (QS not reflected)…

And no, I’m not trolling either…

Sent in two coins for “reconsideration” service. They were rec’d by PCGS on 6/29, and shipped out to me yesterday 7/18. I wasn’t expecting to hear about them until late August or early September based on what I’ve been reading here. I wonder how these were turned around so quickly. I used the “regular” service level, not express.

Great! I'm not real good at grading gold but I'm thinking the 1924 got Mid AU (maybe even details because of the rim ding) and the 1876 low MS?

I have had a world economy order in since 4/6. It went to encapsulation a week back and now is in Quality Check. Looking at the order, they still have my 2 Canadian coins listed as Australia. I figure once I see that has been corrected, I will be getting close.

The 1876 graded AU --, WilliamF. But back to your submissions. The past two years have been longer wait times. A good sign, at least for the collecting world at large, I suppose. A test of patience for us who were used to fifteen days to 25 days on regular submissions. Ah, the good old days.

4/8 modern is a half step further I guess. Still in grading, however now being imaged. Any idea how long being imaged stage is taking these days, or how long encapsulation and quality check are taking? Patiently waiting while membership expires in 10 days.

My economy submission was mailed out through USPS and the system showed that it was recd. by the hosts on 6th of April and I got them back graded a month ago on June 27th.
Coins dropped off at the Baltimore show on 1st of April had the entry of 7th April as recd. but just got them back three days ago.
Had wanted the show drop off also to be economy but the person behind the counter suggested that it be submitted as "regular" for faster processing and quicker turnaround.
    Very baffling indeed.

@younique my latest regular sub was 12 days with the label "being imaged", 2 days in quality check and then they were shipped, I got the trueviews 4 days after I received the coins back.
