Okay, I need to update this one.
The one above ended as SOLD!
Now the same seller has what looks to be the same coin back up on auction!
Right after the first one sold I sent the seller a nice message about the coin was known to be a counterfeit I included some images detailing two authenticity markers, the "N" in UNITED and the period position following the "D" in the designer's initials.
Have they read that message?
But I did send it!, no response yet.

Here we are again, this happen around Christmas/Year Years we could get ebay to pull fake coin listings its like somebody at ebay is asleep at the wheel?

I just got off the phone with eaby to report the seller.
Now we wait and see if ebay takes any action against the seller.
I just made reports of both new listings stating the seller keeps relisting the same coin and the seller has notified that the coin is a known counterfeit!
This person is a jerk! We've been after this one for several days.
Also, the seller never replied to my messages to them about the coin!
So their on the Not A Friendly list.

out of the many i've bid on, none have either gone to completion before being nuked and/or were nuked after i won so that my purchase history on one of the accounts is empty while my messages has a plethora of bid cancellation notice which comes from a variety of reasons. that message is a catch all.
it would be neat to have a thread with just links to active fakes i could bid on as my catch-all.
Someone with a feedback score of 37 is either bidding to save other buyers or is a shill.
I was the underbidder on the one that just ended at $2500 and I have not received a second chance offer from the seller yet.
The seller is trying to push the "buy it now" listing to sell the coin, I just got a discount offer.

this is the very essence of why i just prefer to put strikes on people's accounts and be done with it. if you were to just look at this person's active listings and selling/sold history, you really wouldn't think they would choose this hill to die on, yet here we are.
i'll leave X (variable) that something is going on that we don't know/can't see.
i've gotten various messages/offers from the various sellers that have been posted but i'm no so dedicated to mention it or post screenshots. same ol shi##(#( i've been contending with for over a decade with this junk. really nothing new to be honest. same behavior, same crap, same lies, same coins. where's those bamboo chutes....

Same here and most of the time I don't post this stuff but this seller isn't going to stop without a little more aggressive action.

Well it has been 4 hours since my phone call to ebay...... that is more than enough time to review and pull the listings.
Guess they aren't going to be much help..... they would rather collect the selling fees than protect buyers.
