Overstruck Dime??

Lost my drafy, so this one will be short. Need help determining authenticity and possible value.. 1991p Dime overstruck on Obverse with Lincoln memorial. But on the reverse, where you'd expect his bust, its not there. I see a big "20" or "25" maybe?? Please help, Thanks!!

    No worries - most everyone here wondered what the heck they were looking at when they saw glue like this for the first time.
