Submission turn around time

Certainly I can understand a bottleneck with grading at our host due to a shortage of qualified graders. Frankly I appreciate them being selective. It's why they're the best. However I'm very disappointed to see my submissions sitting in "Quality Check" for several weeks. It doesn't require a rocket scientist to read and verify a label...does it? This "seems" like a problem manufactured by choosing not to staff more entry level people. My last express submission took 46 days of which 17 were it sitting in Quality Check. This is a smack in the face. :o( This seems like a moderately easy issue to cure. It just requires spending a little of that $30M net profit on customer service.

I feel you pain.. I'm on 80 BUSINESS days for a regular World coin. Escalated TWICE.. Via the phone. The customer service folks have been great and they are as frustrated as I am.. For my coin the bottle neck is in Imaging... The coin is graded... Now normally I would not be to anxious, I mean its one coin, I can wait. But here is the rub for me. For whatever reason, PCGS sends coins via Priority mail to me. This means the postman or woman who are different most of the time leave the coin(s) on my PORCH. Well, no signature... I am often not at home during the day when the mail person delivers. We have had a rash of porch Pirates in our neighborhood yada yada. Well, I time my submissions to be done in a general range of when Ill be home. Fast forward, this submission has taken so long it will be delivered and I wont be home for weeks... It will be sitting on my porch... Call a neighbor.. sure... I'm tired of it.. Thats it.. Very frustrated...

The easy solution to this is login to your usps account online and place a vacation hold on mail delivery for your address. I believe it can be held at the post office for up to 28 or 30 days (can’t remember exact number tonight). You can just drop by the post office when you’re ready and pick up all the mail. Very simple process that works like a charm.

Are orders strictly for REHOLDER any faster?

Be happy with your coins in QA. My small 4 coin order has been sitting in Grading for going on 75 Business days now. I am extremely disappointed to say the least!!

I have six economy submissions that were received 81, 78 and 73 business days ago. Four are in QA and two are still in grading. Two of the four in QA have had grades posted one and two days ago.

    Patience grasshopper. B)

They will be given lowest priority IMHO.

I don't know about Reholder but I got an Express Regrade back door-to-door in less than two weeks.
