Submission Returned - Coins still "Being Imaged"

Hi All,
Got my coins back from my latest regulat submission after 3 months or so.
The order still says "Being Imaged", a week later.
Is this expected? Or should i be concerned they missed the imaging process by accident.

Yes, normal. Some say it may takes weeks. They started including TVs with Gold Shield and are taking a lot more pix.
I got an order back early this month. The pix are trickling in, dont have 'em all yet.

Maybe have a pegged thread stating the approx turnaround times and TV availability, as this is a common question? Not critical tho.
My last order was received 3 weeks before the Trueviews were ready.

Yes, totally normal. I didnt get my TVs until a month or so later...
