Anyone having trouble logging in to Stacks Bowers?

This has been going on for me for several weeks. I'm like WTH! Same computer, saved password, etc. Finally tried the password reset today and still am unable to log in. No, I haven't called them yet. Glad I'm not a consignor right now if this isn't isolated.

I logged in last week and was blocked, but noticed some small text lower on the screen that stated I had to reset my password. I did so and everything worked.

I think they are running credit checks beforehand. Guess I am outta luck for a while then.

I logged in last night and this morning just fine.

Hmmm, Maybe I should try to reset my password again!
I just logged in fine and dandy with my newly reset password.
When I reset on June 7th - the magic date I got an error. I emailed them and they quickly called back and told me I was one of a couple dozen people with a problem and IT was working on it. In a couple hours, all was good.
Should they really be making customers jump through hoops like this? When are they going to get the right IT folks working for them?
I just tried the password reset again! They are going to have to reach out to me as this is rediculus....unless of course there's something I can't live without! I know I had quite a bit of stuff on my watchlist for this round and still getting their auction reminders by email.
Can anyone answer what the heck is their problem with their website and why can't they solve their woes after a few years?

It's not a universal problem. As I said, only a couple dozen people had the problem despite everyone having to change their password.
I would like to say Kudos to Stacks Bowers! Although everyone wants to be anonymous here I am not! I received a phone call and my account has been corrected!
