What is the best (and economical) way to get a coin re-holdered ? With shipping and insurance it can be quite expensive

I don't know these days. But I have been able to do at shows in the past if they were grading onsite.

Unfortunately, Pcgs doesn’t come very close to me. I am in the Pittsburgh Pa area

Show reholders cost more ($20 instead of $13), but include TrueViews, are done quickly, and you don't have to pay postage. Of course, that's a moot point if you aren't at one of their shows and can't get the coins into the hands of someone who is.
