Maybe give away an 8 Reales coin and 10 oz silver bullion. Bought locally in Alabama supporting a local retail dealer.
For the best research on the following topic.
The King Charles III to Bernardo de Galvez to Oliver Pollock to the founding fathers and their armies they supplied coin and bullion transactions. Other goods and other intermediaries. The role these played in the American Revolution. My ancestors are thought to have played some minor role. How the slave trade was tied in.
In essence how it went down. How much? Who took it? How many Reales.? How many Escudos? The ratio? What ships? How did slavery fit into it?
And so on. Give it two months of people entering. Maybe start in October for final selection for Black History Month in February.
Any interest? What do you think? I need bigger prizes? A 1 kg bar of silver?

Most ships went down in storms or just general wear on the boat from the ocean worms I think they are called. How many reales this I guess you could look up ship wrecks on the internet and get some answers but there are more than 50 shipwrecks that have been noted. Most ships carried 8 reales versus small change and also gold escudos.

Do you own any books on Mexican 8 reales? Maybe buy the books from Brad Yonaka. How long have you been collecting 8 reales? How much knowledge do you have say on a scale from 1 to 10?

I would suggest you join the US/Mexican coin society and read all their journals and other reading material. You will have tons to read. And if you don't own any books on Mexican coins I suggest you start with Brad Yonaka's 2 books on Mexican reales one is 1732-1771 the other all the way up to the series you you collect the Bust 8 reales. The books include the 1/2 real up to the 8 reales. They are about 125$ US each.

@KingOfMorganDollar. I'll definitely check it out but I've already read enough to confirm what I've already posted. I need the experts in the matter to further my general ideas. Ideas which almost have to be. Coins didn't come come to the New World. Slaves and weapons did. Diseases. And where did potatoes come from. The New World? How did they starve so many Irish then?
Politics and taking advantage of people and society for profit.
There's a record. I have to find those records. I'll look but I'm not hopeful going that route.
I want the dirty truth. I'm sure it's awful. But out of it comes hope and a new nation.
Many nations. A nation of Creoles by Creoles. A mixed race people that is the USA and the rest of the Americas to the end of Argentina. English, French or Spanish speaking.
I want to light fires under others. If I have to write about it alone, I'll just quit now.
Are you a US citizen? Do you care? Are you a US Veteran?

You are pretty intense I will give you that. You want the full truth of the whole period that I am afraid you will never get that would mean PHD after PHD on so many subjects even then would it be the full truth I doubt it since history can be subjective it is not a pure science like math.

I suggest you buy history books and start from there. No one here will write a whole PHD that would be asking way to much. You want it all you will have to learn to get piece by piece in smaller portions.

I am not sure what your mission is with all this most here just like history and collect coins and are happy with that.

If your goal is to ''change'' the world I would suggest finding much much much smaller goals in life.

No one is going to write a full PHD report for 100$ I mean that is why PHD's take 5 years of university and not 50 minutes. The value in such a large research would cost you a massive amount of money and that is if someone actually wants to do it or has the capability of doing it.

I dunno. Maybe a movie. To teach this in the schools. To restore pride we were denied. That we still continue to be denied. Why make Negro league coins?
This is the Negro leagues to the power of the NAACP times the NBA plus the NFL. This is about the USA and how it came to be.
Maybe that doesn't do anything for you and you want to run away but I'm gonna give it to go anyhow.
I can tie this back to the metal. That's how intend to create interest. Simply with the coins. I only need to own a few. The industry can help with the rest. It's the law. I'm just following the law. All US Citizens should follow US law. US Public Law 113-229.
Galvez did it. Maybe Charles III ordered him. Great. Go Spain and they still have a King. He got snubbed when he came to celebrate the law.

You are telling me $50,000 worth of incentive or go home. Ok. That's possible. Maybe I need $100k. I have commerical interests I'm recruiting as well. Being located where it happened has advantages. Marketable advantages.
