Question on possible mint error.

I recently picked up a full box of uncirculated 2021 washington quarters. I pulled 3 coins from the rolls that appear normal on the Obverse, but the reverse has a dark color to it and what I think is feeder finger damage across most of it also. These never made it into circulation. What would cause this? I added a pic of 2 side by side for comparison.
Thanks

The finger feed damaged the die as it scraped it.
The damaged die transferred that damage on the coins in the form of an error.
Nice find.
Thanks, what do think of the dark color? All 3 that I found look exactly the same.
Possible mis annealed planchet as well, which could make it a double (minor) mint error
Sintered planchet
Thanks for the help.
