Blank Planchet-Type 1 copper weighing 4 .1 grams and 19mm

Trying to figure out which planchet this is. Obviously not US. Came in a bag with a bunch of Type 1 and Type 2 US blank planchets that were 2.5 and 3.1 grams. Looked at the obvious British Pence and Caribbean Countries with no joy. Anyone else have experience with these? Appears to be copper like our 3.1 gram planchets. Many thanks in advance for your wise council.

Trying to attribute type one blanks are difficult,
Especially non-US coinage.
Agreed Fred. Came in a bag with a bunch of US Blanks. Makes me think they might be a planchet the US Mint uses for a foreign country but just conjecture. Just hoping that someone either had a magic formula or direct experience. I looked up all the obvious countries circa 1970's thru 1999 timeframe.

There are a few 95% copper listed at 4.000 gms but they had larger diameters of 21-23 mm and most were from the 1920s through 40s. There were also few copper with higher zinc levels of 20-34% that were in the 19.5-20 mm range but I would expect them to be more of a yellowish brassy color
Great reference, but the PDF is cumbersome. You can do a more exhaustive search if you want.
