1875-S Trade Dollar PCGS AU-58 With Chop Marks

This is the best of both worlds in my opinion. Graded by our hosts as AU-58 this coin exhibits a strong strike from fairly fresh dies as can be ascertained by the reflective steel like fields along with a small degree of cameo in the devices. Excellent detail that shows the entirety of the design, the added chop marks are a nice historical addition reminding one of the planned purpose of the series. Some spotting and tarnish is noted in the lower half of the obverse. Overall an attractive coin for the type. Sorry for my cruddy photos!

Slab is in very good shape with no major marks, scratches or evidence of stickers. Coin has not been submitted to CAC, I was going to at one point but can't figure out if I can submit or not right now :) I have owned this coin for well over a decade and need to winnow down things a bit as I have another kiddo in out-of-state college this fall.
