Is Gladiator Combat To The Death A Sport?

I'm not thinking about bringing it back or anything like that, but......I need to know. And what's with the "Glad" in Gladiator?..... I don't see anything glad about it.....Is it just me?

    Yes, fighting to the death, I was privileged enough to fly to Las Vegas to watch IHOP vs Denny's in the octagon, it was pretty gory, there was syrup all over the canvas.

    I was also there when Jim Harbaugh fought wild Lions in Rome. He took his shirt off and went berserk, he just lost it, he slaughtered anything that moved!

    Looking at this thread now, from the vantage point of knowing that DD and Hydrant are the same, makes it even better in a way.

    And that brings up another good point. DD almost never edits, but Hydrant often does. Maybe throwing us off the scent? 😂😂😂
