If ya want we can run it up to a million...... that might get ebay's attention.
You know we've had this problem before on ebay during a weekend, its like nobody is home and one time the clock was running out on another 22 no d if I remember correctly

You two got a LOT of interested Watchers at the bidding party
Of course you all know that's its an auction only and it has 6 days left.
I'd say by now the seller is seriously thinking about retirement.

just hit my limit on the lower 2 accounts. not sure i'll bring the big boys in on this one. i have time, not enough money but plenty of time my friend. i'll be seeing you REAL soon!

Guess I'm gonna have to tell ebay my cat placed all those bids laying on my keyboard.
.
that isn't unreasonable at all, i used my autoclicker to put in most of those bids.
if one isn't VERY careful with an autoclicker, it can and does wreak havok as it keeps clicking wherever it is on the screen until toggled off, dozens of times per second.

Yep its fake.

And I don't believe there is any known off center strikes of these, well off center like this anyway.

I don't believe your one that normally follows are groups threads, if not we'd love to have you onboard.
This group at present focuses on the SVDB, 14-D, 55 DDO's, & when business is slow I'll expand the search to include the 22 no d
Within our group we've compiled several folks that work in the background that I call the "Powers That Be" some that's unseen leverage, then there is a couple of members that follow along that has somewhat of a more direct line into ebay that wonderful leverage.
I can also extend the leverage to putting the listing up elsewhere altogether if needed.
And then as you've seen here we have some High Rollers that's likely to outbid anyone
We can always use another good eye for phonies

You guys bidding up these counterfeits is the greatest thing I've seen in a long time. Just think the seller is out looking at new homes , boats, cars, additions to an existing house, and even putting expensive items on their credit cards then WHAM, the boy in the orange raincoat appears and pulls the rug right out from under them!!!

and therein is nearly the definition of morality. there have been members (fairly rightly so) point out that in some instances it could be cruel and not everyone listing a counterfeit (plz don't flam me) is an evil person worthy of tar n featherin'.
for my part, i SIMPLY do it as an effective method that covers several bases. only 10% despotic, 80% effective, 10% to send a message. something like that.
i have had fun doing it many times and i will many times more. i'd rather do other things with my time and i honestly am not a fan of waiting/hoping for ebay to get around to removing (which they don't all the time) before an item ends, so if i am the winner it decreases the odds of someone else getting one. ALTHOUGH, it occurred to me very recently when talking about this that a seller can still make second chance offers and/or contact bidders directly. (sellers can see bidder's ids right?)
so there really is no 1 perfect method so since others do a lot of reporting, some do contacting to the sellers, i try to cover another angle and hopefully between us, we really really give em a run for their money.
which do you all think is more effective (just opinions) an account having a selling fee on an ended counterfeit that sold for tens of thousands of dollars, forcing them to have that come out of their account or end up locking their account due to non-payment or having counterfeit removed notations? i'm sure i'm not thinking of everything, just spitballin'.
edited to add, thinking about the actual innocent sellers that do care about not scamming others but not being an expert on every single thing they sell. (i listed a counterfeit burberry shirt last year unknowingly that was removed because my images were so good, it made it very easy to authenticate) i do like the thought of at least a little pinprick accompanying a fake/altered item being listed/removed whether innocent or not JUST as a gentle nudge about being careful because innocence does NOT preclude a buyer 5,10 years etc down the road from going to sell an item and finding out they lost hundreds/thousands or more. so i do try to look at many outcomes and methods to try and yield one of the most optimal results with the least amount of grief. if a seller is honest it will resonate, if someone is willfully ignorant (doesn't care either way) or if they are outright scammy, then a little pain for the innocent will be negligible, the willfully ignorant will probably experience it a few times due to their own laziness/indifference and the scammy will have a rather annoying uphill battle.
SO, ultimately, my primary focus is the buyers (although they ALSO have accountability to know something about authentication because the problem is an epidemic/endemic now) BUT most of what is posted here should be detectable to the average and perhaps even slightly below average buyer. SO if you see someone post a useful (not necessarily perfect) authentication image comp, get it to your device and share with friends/family.
