WTB: Vermont Landscape Colonial

Hi,
I’m looking for any Vermont “Landscape-Type” colonial (1785 or 1786) that has the landscape and date clearly visible. NGC or PCGS.
Thanks!

Might as well add no planchet flaws. These often come with massive flaws. More times than not it seems.

I agree with JimTyler. One of my favorite coins as I like the whimsy of the old New Englanders. Good luck in your search!

Thanks to you both! Yes, no planchet flaws would definitely be preferred. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting anyone to have one to sell, so I was trying to cast a bit of a wider net.

Then you need to widen that net again and drop the NGC/PCGS. The guys who collect these are as close to dislike slabs as you can get, most by a wide margin are raw.

Good thought. If anyone has any raw version of these coins, I’d certainly want to take a look. Thanks for the advice.

The latest CRO email had a couple of nice ones at an appropriate price for the grades.
