does anyone know how to view bidding activity under the new ebay format if item is ended by seller?

i received a message this data is visible in the spot it was previously, which it is not. (that i can see)

does this mean we can see the reason, just not the actual history once the item has been ended early? it is visible after auction complete still?

I have never been able to see the reason why bids were canceled. I have seen this a few times lately.
