1913-s type 2 and 1914-d buffalo 5c available on ebay now -- both counterfeits.

Here is a fake(s) I have never seen before, a 1913-s type two and a 1914-d. Note that the 1913 is a round top 3 also!
Both out there in the wild on ebay.

nice finds.
As ridiculous as these are, take a look at the sellers 21-D WLH. It's an altered 41D ; in the date, the "9" is too low and the wrong font, the "2" is much too wide and too low, and the skirt lines are much too strong for a 21-D, It's a fake slab, as the lettering is all wrong, yet 9 bidders have run it up to $ 780.00.

on the '13 the "S" m/m looks like a number 5 what a fake all around, rounded 3? can't say much for the '14-D either I've seen better fake ones on jewelry.
Those are so obvious and polished/plated, surely no true collector would be fooled even for a second by them. The dates are ridiculous.

@jesbbroken therein lies the issue…you are correct most of us know right away they are fake/counterfeit the real shame is the beginner that thinks they have really scored, then they find out they have been robbed and will never come back to the hobby.
