Penny the size of a dime, is it worth anything?

I have a 1981 Lincoln Penny the size of a dime but as thick as a nickel. It weighs approximately 2.6 grams.

    Without photos it would be hard to say what happened to your coin other than everything you described would indicate post mint damage (PMD).
