Can Somebody help me with this 1914 Chinese Dollar?

I sent this Chinese Fatman Dollar in for grading and received Authentication unverifiable, can somebody that has any knowledge about world coins please take a good look at pics and see if they can tell me anything that would help me get this coin Certified.
I already sent to both PCGS and NCG both said the same. They never seen one like it authentic or a counterfeit like it.
The coin weight is 26.7g Everything is on point, is a SP coin? the details on this coin is insane, so please Tell me what you think?

It is not an SP coin, and the designation does not indicate that a similar piece has not been seen before. It only indicates that there are suspicious characteristics to the coin and it cannot be positively called authentic in the eyes of the graders.
