I am new to coin collecting so I have no idea who to contact about getting the new error I found on the Dr. Sally Ride Quarter put on the record.

can you describe it?
is it a variety that could be found on many coins exactly the same?
or is it a minting problem that could be random and unique?
In order to get more comments a photo is going to be needed
