Received a statement for a post that it has to be approved first.

I posted many times with no issues, until now.
I have four ancient coins that I need some help with and by accident I posted my questions on the ancient BST. I noticed my mistake and then tried to post the same questions on the ancient forum and then received that the post needs to be approved.

Any idea as to why I would receive such a message?
