Gretzky PSA grade?

A buddy wants to sell his childhood collection. What do you guys think the estimated PSA of this is? Better to sell raw or graded?

If he’s planning on ebay… I don’t know if this is still legit or not, now that ebay is providing some authentication services, but the Gretzky rookie is on this list of cards that must be authenticated to sell on eBay:

Seems like their new auth solution should eliminate this requirement, but it’s still there so who knows?

Better to pay $50 and get it graded than sell it raw, I'm sure it would sell for at least $50 more than the raw price!
