Question about Unique Jersey Patch Cards

I know autobilia knows a lot about this, but I see ALOT of logo patches up on ebay right now. Can anyone
tell if these are fakes or not? I know there was a big problem with this last year with the Ichiro SPx rc's. Has
anyone ever bought a fake on ebay? How can you tell?? Considering that these sell for many many times over
book, how can you be sure that yours is real??

The thing with the Ichiro is that the patch was sticking aboved the card because the patch was glued on top of the jersey piece.
