Are there any examples of this card where Canseco's earhole didn't suck in the freakish murky glossy coating ? That earhole and the coating has freaked me out for decades.

Looks like it was tacked on the wall. I do not have one , but would like to see if it's on all 86 rookies set.

Every copy I have seen looks like that..

Luckily his 86D base is a much better card. 😀. You can stare at his stash instead of the ear hole.

My favorite set. Got one for Christmas 1986. Great RC crop, great design and cool mini Hank Aaron puzzle. You can still find these sitting in $1 bins at shows sometimes which blows my mind. The Wally Joyner can be tuff, and the cards are often very O/C.
