Historical Population Reports and Registry Set Data

Does anyone know if PCGS will give you access to historical population reports (i.e., how has the graded population of a given issue / date changed over time?)? Also, what about the number of registered registry sets over time (i.e., how many registry sets have been created for a given issue and how has that changed over time?)?
