WTB Vermont Innov P/D PCGS encapsulated rolls - bulk submitter

I would like a roll of Vermont P dollars and Vermont D dollar rolls encapsulated by PCGS. I contacted PCGS and they confirmed that they will do it, but only for bulk submitters. Are there any bulk submitters here that would include that in a submission to sell me. Let me know the price.

Also interested in any unique Vermont dollars, error coins (only interested in Vermont dollars) or highly graded examples.
