For Grading: 1858-O Seated Half

Just grabbed this one at my LCS for $75, and I was wondering what grade you guys think it is.
It does have a little rim ding near Liberty's head, but otherwise she's looking pretty good to me (the pictures don't quite do her justice--the scratches on the rev. aren't as noticeable in hand and her color also looks better)

For me I want a ghost of the E in LIBERTY showing for Fine. VG10
Edit to add... it otherwise does have Fine details.

Seems to have a little weakness in strike on the shield (LIBERTY and shield lines) but all other elements are there for F-12. Looks like a nice wholesome coin...

Appears to be a definite F12 to me.

I say F12
If I were buying it as a dealer it would be VG10. The lack of a full LIBERTY is a major problem. The rest of the coin can't save it.
VG 10, gotta have a full Liberty for F.
Looks like the F12 on Photograde ,so I'll go with that.
