1953 Topps baseball PSA price guide

Are there a bunch of typos currently in this price guide? Some things just don't make sense. Most of the "double print" cards have gone up 700% while the "short print" cards have shown only modest increases. Something seems wrong. Was hoping someone could shed some light. I sent an email to PSA Customer Service a few days ago but no response back yet. Thanks.
