Well its off center, to which its my understanding no such variety exist?
But out side of that little problem nothing else about this phony is right

Haven't seen one of this particular Shanghai Special variety in quite some time. I used to have a picture from one of the Chinese boiler room operations where they were making a pile of off-center large cents, Lincolns, etc. If I can find it I will post it.
