I got ripped on e-bay buying a birthday present for my bestfriend. It was a painting of Kobe and was signed #8 by the artist. He received payment and told me he would ship it out. This was in April. I have his e-mail and would like to know if everybody here could send as many e-mails to him as you can. I would for ever be grateful and I would send everybody that helps some basic cards if you could. I don't want him threatend just ask him when I will get my stuff. If you happen to call him a scumbag or something thats cool. Also let him know we are going let the word out on e-bay that he's a scum bag and were going to wreck his reputation. Hey - I can help you on this one. I just had a guy rip me off on E-bay and within one week I had a detective from the local police department at his house. The very next day the guy overnighted me a money order refund (cost him $19.00 just to send it overnight) and everything was resolved. I have taken care of a couple of these guys...so PM me.

Just a suggestion,but you better try resolving this problem using the guidelines set up by eBay before you go doing something illegal.
It is unlawful to threaten or harass someone;there has already been cases involving this.There are plenty of acceptable methods in place to help you get this resolved.
It seems like you want this item but you are jepordizing that possibility using this kind of tatic.In fact,this post could be used against you if the seller ends up coming back on you.Thought you might want to know this.Good luck.
