What happened to the top of this card?

Up for sale On eBay. Looks like there is a huge arc cut out of the top..

I'm starting to think the "QA2" stage folks at PSA might need some coaching.
That was a 10, but deducted two grades for the MC qualifier....
It runs the exact length of the plastic nib inside the holder so there's a chance that it's just a shadow.
You can see the top edge in the shadow as well, ask for another picture?
It's just a shadow from the top placeholder of the slab. You can clearly see the card border goes straight through the shadow just fine.
I withdraw my snarky comment, then. Sort of.
