Cool looking old stamp and would like to know more about it ?
Believe it may be from Italy (see attachment below for picture).

Very cool. Most likely is a regional hand stamp for use when paid at the post office. Wish we could see the rest of the cancellation as that would help with IDing it.
Looks like 15 cents collected at post office. Sent to Russia. It would be interesting to find out were the post office was located.
